This single rack media server delivers a lot more than it might look like. With up to 4 layers of low-latency video processing, the HippoCritter is able to run all the components of its bigger brothers and delivers stunning processing performance. Each layer has 2 FX engines with more than 100 unique FX per engine. Using HippoNet, it can be intergrated to any existing Hippo media server network and can be controlled using DMX, ArtNet, OSC, TCP-IP or even RS-232.
